Mr. Cui is recognised as one of the most influential leaders in the world of sports in Asia and globally for having helped build ONE Championship to a global powerhouse over the last 7 years. ONE Championship is Asia’s largest sports media property and is broadcast to over 1.7 billion potential viewers, 138 countries and holds over 40 events across Asia a year.  Headquartered in Singapore, the company is backed by Temasek (Singapore government) and Sequoia Capital and the company is valued at $1 billion.

As CEO International of ONE Championship (ONE), it is no surprise that he is regularly featured in global publications like New York Times, Forbes, CNN and China Daily.  His 25+ years of sports industry experience makes him one of the most sought after keynote speakers at multiple conferences around the world.

Prior to launching ONE Championship, Cui spent six years with Asia’s number one sports broadcaster – ESPN Star Sports (ESS). There, he successfully headed the event business development across Asia and project-led some of the biggest sporting properties and television event partnerships in the region.

Before he joined ESS, he was the Director of Communications for the PGA Tour – Golf Canada and also served as the Managing Editor for Canada’s number one golf publication during that same period.  Throughout his career, Cui has played an invaluable part in the likes of the Commonwealth Games, the World Championships, the Sydney Olympics, the PGA Tour Bell Canadian Open Championship, the LPGA Tour BMO Women’s Open, the X Games Asia, the World Series of Pool, World Futsal and the creation of ESPN’s Martial Combat.
