Lam Iao is the Managing Director of International Alliance Systems Limited, specializing in enterprise level information technology management and fully integrated solutions for large scale project implementation. Mr. Iao has held several management and leadership roles within the equipment supplier and casino operator sides of the gaming industry, both in the United States for leading slot machine manufacturer, Atronic Americas, and in Macau working on large-scale casino management projects at Wynn Macau and MGM Macau. Mr. Iao has founded Laxino Systems Limited (Macau) in 2008, prior to the establishment of International Alliance Systems Limited.

Mr. Iao is also an active member of several prestigious government and social associations, including the Advisory Board of IT Committee in Centro de Produtividade e Transferencia de Tecnologia de Macau (CPTTM), Director of Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA), Supervisor of The Industry and Commerce Association of Macau (ICAMO) etc.
