Glenn Wichinsky is a Gaming and Business Law Attorney based in Boca Raton, Florida in the United States. Upon being conferred his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1982, he decided to specialize his legal practice in the newly developing field of Gaming Law. Having a gaming business background as a Second Generation Gaming Executive, Glenn fashioned his practice to provide legal and business guidance to his clients who seek to expand their product market base and seek successful entry in new international markets while doing so in strict compliance with gaming laws and regulations which govern gaming activities in the targeted business jurisdictions.

During his accomplished career as a Gaming Industry Executive and as a Gaming Law Attorney, Glenn has realized notable success and many achievements while working with public and private gaming companies in Senior Executive and Management positions, as General Counsel and heading up International Business Development initiatives for global gaming companies. Glenn also successfully operated and managed two licensed casinos in the State of Nevada and has been a licensed manufacturer, distributor and operator of electronic gaming equipment in the State of Nevada.

Glenn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he now serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching the subject of Gaming Law and Regulation to students of his law school alma mater.

Glenn is a licensed member of the The Florida Bar and State Bar of Nevada, and also a long term member of the International Masters of Gaming Law. He has also been a nonrestricted Gaming Licensee in the State of Nevada on numerous occasions during his ongoing business and legal career as well as a Key Licensee with the Colorado Division of Gaming.
