Niall Murray specialises in large integrated resorts, hotels and casinos with a focus on strategic and operations development, pre-opening processes, performance optimization, and human resource management.
Niall has over 30 years of international experience having led pre-opening operations development, performance optimization, designed guest service standards, operating procedures, HRM processes, T&D and created exceptional work environments for some of the world’s most successful Integrated Resorts. Niall has held progressive strategic consulting and senior executive roles with MGM Macau and Cotai, SJM, The Venetian and Sands in Macau; Venetian, Palazzo and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas; Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Omni and Sheraton Hotels in USA and Canada; and Disneyland Resort Paris.
Niall is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a B.Sc. in Management, and from Dublin College of Catering with a Higher Diploma in Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Management. He is a Senior Professional in HRM with the Society of Human Resource Management and member of the American Society of Training and Development, Institute of Management Consultants and Project Management Institute. He is an experienced consultant and public speaker and has presented at the Integrated Resort Conference, G2E, Gaming Executive Forum, Top Hotel Projects and the Japan Gaming Congress.
