    Mark Ostrowski, 54, 29 years as a trial attorney and regulator; a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska receiving a BS in Business Administration in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate in 1989.

    Since November, 2005 he has acted as Administrator/Executive Director of the Illinois Gaming Board. In this position, he is responsible for the day to day operation of regulatory and criminal law enforcement oversight for the casino and video gaming industry including planning, developing, coordinating and administering the Illinois Riverboat Gambling Act, the Video Gaming Act, the Illinois Gaming Board’s Adopted Rules and the Board’s programs and directives relative thereto. He is also responsible for determining the Board’s staffing, which currently consists of approximately 250 employees from the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois State Police, as well as resource allocation and budgeting issues.
