Dr. Jason Ni was assistant professor of City University of Hong Kong, with research focus on: Great Bay Area Infrastructure Planning, Regional Integration, Transportation, and Tourism Carry Capacity. Dr. Ni holds dual Master degrees in Transportation Engineering and City Planning from UC Berkeley (2003), and Ph.D. degree in UC Davis (2008). Dr. Ni was involved with various projects in Macau, including: “Long-range (2010-2020) Comprehensive Transportation Policy Study (DSAT)”; “Study on Bus Service and Operation Optimization (DSAT)”; “Policy Study for End-of-Life Vehicle (DSPA)”; “Transportation Planning for New Land Reclamation Zones (Dept. of City Planning)”; “Study on Tourism Signage/Way-finding Optimization (MGTO)”, and “Macau Tourism Industry Development Master Plan (MGTO)”. In addition to government, Dr. Ni served as consultant for various private clients, including Reolian Bus, Sands China, etc.
