    Mr. Jason Chu is the Founding Chairman of Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) and the International Customer Relationship Excellence Awards (CRE Awards).

    Mr. Chu collaborates with major university researchers to consult and research on key aspects of Customer Experience, Satisfaction and Loyalty Management. Jointly with researchers at the University of Hong Kong and members of APCSC and HKCSC, Chu led the consortium effort in developing the International Customer Service Quality Standard (CSQS) to set world class benchmark and international standards for CRE Awards judging criteria.

    As an Industry visionary, Chu developed Global Certifications with international bodies in the USA, Australia, China and other countries for service professionalism, career advancement and development, including the Certificate in Customer Service Management (CCSM), Certificate in Service Excellence Leadership (CSEL) and Certificate in Professional Customer Service (CPCS) approved under the Continuous Education Fund (CEF) under Hong Kong SAR Government.

    A speaker highly sought after at international conferences and senior executive workshops, Chu received both BS and MS degrees from the University of California, Berkeley in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
