G2E Asia Conference Program Announces its Speaker Lineup
The G2E Asia revealed this year’s lineup of highly influential industry speakers who will deliver keynote addresses: Mr. Lawrence Ho, chairman and chief executive officer of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited and Mr. Paulo Martins Chan, director of the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of Macau SAR Government.

The conference program will take place from May 15 to 17 at The Venetian Macao. Held concurrently with the G2E Asia exhibition – the marketplace for Asian gaming, its agenda will feature industry leaders and influencers including Ms. Maria Helena De Senna Fernandes, director of the Macao Government Tourism Office, Dr. Wilfred Wong, president and executive director of Sands China Ltd, and Allan Zeman, chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group and non-executive chairman of Wynn Macau. These highly influential leaders will be joining a panel discussion moderated by Bloomberg Intelligence on the transformation of Macau and its goals for the future.
The Asian Markets Forum will comprise two panels dedicated to Asia North and Asia South, respectively. Featured nations ranging from “untapped and underserviced” to “long established and transforming”. Discussion topics will span a wide range of issues from Integrated Resort (IR) project development and design to construction, labor supply, political and social implications, taxation, regulatory requirements, technological factors and much more.
The Entertainment & Technology session of The Future of Integrated Resorts (Day Two) will spotlight the latest developments, trends and challenges on how respective IRs use technology and entertainment to expand market share, engage current customers and attract new customers.
The not-to-be-missed Business Trends for the Integrated Resort Model in Asia Pacific panel (Day Two) will examine current IR trends and business & sustainable development of non-gaming products, shopping and entertainment offerings, together with how technology is shaping prospective IR tourism “experiences” and what today’s Asia Pacific tourists “really” want.
The Conference Program’s final day will exclusively focus on The Future of Digital Content and Technology, starting with the Asian Market Update, which will spotlight on the growth markets for a digital strategy, how significant an impact affiliates have today in Asia & how operators can maximize their affiliate relationship, and the future of smart finance technology in Asia. Concurrently held session on Day 3 is IAGA Best Practices Institute which will examine international regulatory trends & challenges, regulatory impacts from gambling tax rates, responsible gaming casino entry levies and the latest advancements in combating financial crime.
