Paul Bromberg

is the chief operating officer of Spectrum OSO Asia Ltd., a gaming consultancy and corporate investigations firm that he helped found in 2003. During his career, he has worked closely with various government and law enforcement departments on gaming and other matters, most recently as part of the Spectrum Gaming team recruited by the Singapore government to perform probity investigations into the license applicants for the country’s two integrated casino resort projects. In addition, Bromberg is a recognized expert on Chinese and Southeast Asian business affairs. He holds a degree in modern Chinese studies from the University of Leeds, England, and is fluent in Chinese and Thai.
