Timothy McNally
is the chairman of the board of NagaCorp. He also operates the McNally Security Group based in Los Angeles. McNally served as the executive director of security and legal services for The Hong Kong Jockey Club from 1999 through 2005. Previously, he spent nearly 25 years with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation and was the head of the Los Angeles office at the time of his retirement. McNally focuses on gaming compliance, due diligence and corporate governance issues for Nagacorp and other gaming companies. He holds a law degree from Marquette University.
