Pete Wu
is the general manager and vice president of operations of Sands Macao. Wu has more than 15 years of progressive line-level, supervisory, corporate and senior management experience at Fortune 200, privately-held and start-up gaming, airline, entertainment and hospitality companies. Previously, Wu held senior management positions at Macau Studio City Limited and Harrah's Entertainment. He also has worked for United Airlines, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, PolyGram Records and Sony Music Entertainment. He has been a keynote speaker for The Conference Board Marketing Summit, CMO Summit and the Institute for International Research, Customer Experience and Segmentation, as well as a guest lecturer at Cornell University, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nanyang University in Singapore and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Wu holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass media from Rutgers University and an MBA in hospitality management from Cornell University.
