Luis Mesquita de Melo
is the former executive vice president, general counsel and company secretary for Sands China Ltd. Previously, Melo was a lawyer at J.A. Pinto Ribeiro & Associates, Lisbon legal advisor to the Minister of Economy of Portugal and Lisbon legal advisor to the president of the Macau Legislative Assembly.
