
I. Nelson Rose
is a professor of law at the University of Macau and Whittier Law School, and is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on gambling law. An internationally known scholar, author and public speaker, Rose is a consultant to governments and industry and has testified as an expert witness in administrative, civil and criminal cases around the world. He has consulted to major law firms, international corporations, licensed casinos, players, and local, state and national governments. Rose is best known for his internationally syndicated column, Gambling and the Law®, and his 1986 book by the same name. He also is the co-author of Internet Gaming Law (1st and 2nd editions)and Gaming Law: Cases and Materials. He earned his law degree from Harvard University and has taught gaming law in Macau, Nevada, California, Spain, France and China.
