Ed Bowers is vice president of global gaming development for MGM Hospitality, a division of MGM Resorts International, where he leads the company’s global gaming development efforts. Bowers began his career with Arthur Andersen's audit practice in Cambridge, England in 1988 and transferred to the company's Las Vegas office in 1994. In addition to managing the audits of some of the gaming industry's major players, Bowers was responsible for providing strategic development consulting to a wide-range of enterprises, including operators, gaming associations and businesses contemplating entering the gaming industry. He also advised a number of his clients on major corporate transactions, including the acquisitions and divestments of businesses, preparing him well for the position he holds today.
