Dean Macomber
is the CEO of Fontana Hot Spring & Leisure Parks, a destination casino resort located in Pampanga, the Philippines. He has more than 36 years of diversified experience in the gaming industry, ranging from dealer to CEO, development to operations, and pre-opening to post-opening management. He has been involved in the opening of seven casinos and two takeovers. Macomber has worked in Las Vegas and Atlantic City and has conducted consulting and familiarization tours of gaming venues around the world. His work includes engagements involving destination resorts, urban and day-trip operations, Native American projects and racinos. Macomber previously served as a consultant with a public accounting firm. A frequent speaker and author, he also has taught college-level courses on casino management and authored more than a dozen published articles. Macomber holds a master's degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.
